鋁合金(jin)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)特性(xing),世界(jie)上(shang)(shang)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)工業(ye)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)應用(yong)面及發展(zhan)趨勢,鋁合金(jin)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)與鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)(xiang)比,由于其強(qiang)度(du)高(gao)、重(zhong)量(liang)輕,并(bing)有(you)較好的(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)(53% IACS)等(deng)優(you)點。早在1921年(nian)就開(kai)始用(yong)于架空線(xian)(xian)。隨(sui)著輸(shu)(shu)變電(dian)技(ji)術的(de)(de)提(ti)高(gao)和輸(shu)(shu)變電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)發展(zhan),鋁合金(jin)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)愈來愈顯示其優(you)越(yue)性(xing),國(guo)(guo)際上(shang)(shang)五十(shi)年(nian)代開(kai)始采用(yong)至(zhi)今(jin),西歐、北(bei)歐、美國(guo)(guo)、加拿(na)大、日本等(deng)國(guo)(guo)已廣泛采用(yong),法國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)幾乎90%以上(shang)(shang)使用(yong)鋁合金(jin)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian),日本也(ye)已達50%以上(shang)(shang),東南亞各國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)使用(yong)量(liang)在逐年(nian)激增(我國(guo)(guo)目(mu)前的(de)(de)應用(yong)量(liang)還(huan)不到(dao)1%)。這是(shi)由于鋁合金(jin)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)與鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)(xiang)比,有(you)其不可比擬(ni)的(de)(de)優(you)點決定的(de)(de),在長(chang)距離、大跨越(yue)、超高(gao)壓輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)中(zhong),獨占優(you)勢;在農網(wang)改造中(zhong),是(shi)既先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)又經濟的(de)(de)好產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),它是(shi)普(pu)通鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)更(geng)新換(huan)代產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),也(ye)是(shi)節能(neng)、節材、節地(節約輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)走(zou)廊)的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。
目前,我國(guo)電(dian)網輸電(dian)能力不足的問題(ti)十分(fen)突(tu)出,而在輸電(dian)線路擴容改造中,尤其是在經(jing)濟發達(da)人口稠密地區,由于走(zou)廊(lang)資源的缺乏,遇(yu)到(dao)了種種阻力。
最近,國(guo)家(jia)電網公司(si)已經明確各(ge)省(sheng)電力部門,必須充(chong)分利用(yong)現(xian)有(you)的(de)電力走廊(lang)資(zi)源,制定提(ti)高(gao)送(song)電線路耐(nai)受溫(wen)度的(de)技(ji)術,要采用(yong)耐(nai)熱導線,增(zeng)強熱穩定水平提(ti)高(gao)線路的(de)輸(shu)(shu)電能(neng)力。將(jiang)提(ti)高(gao)輸(shu)(shu)電線路導線的(de)運行溫(wen)度,作為電網改造的(de)重要手段(duan)。國(guo)家(jia)決定啟動(dong)特(te)高(gao)壓工程,其中一個重要理由:就是(shi)一條特(te)高(gao)壓線路走廊(lang)相當于五條超(chao)高(gao)壓線路走廊(lang)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)容量(liang),以單回路計,單位(wei)走廊(lang)面積的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)電力可提(ti)高(gao)到三倍以上。
在線(xian)路(lu)狹窄地(di)區(qu),只需(xu)要(yao)更換(huan)相近截面(mian)規格(ge)的(de)鋁(lv)線(xian)耐熱鋁(lv)合(he)金導線(xian),基本(ben)上不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)征(zheng)用(yong)土地(di)更換(huan)鐵塔,就能滿足增(zeng)加輸(shu)電容(rong)量(liang)的(de)要(yao)求,使原有線(xian)路(lu)提高(gao)了(le)輸(shu)電容(rong)量(liang)40%至60%,不(bu)僅(jin)節約了(le)大量(liang)的(de)工程(cheng)投(tou)資、架(jia)塔所需(xu)的(de)寶貴的(de)土地(di)資源,而且施工快速,產生了(le)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)經濟效益和(he)社會效益。
專家分析指出(chu),由于長期(qi)以來(lai)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)建(jian)設投(tou)入(ru)不(bu)足,電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)建(jian)設欠帳較多,跨(kua)區跨(kua)省聯絡線(xian)路(lu)(lu),大電(dian)(dian)源送出(chu)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)和負荷中心(xin)輸(shu)入(ru)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)"卡脖子"現象比(bi)較普(pu)遍,配網(wang)(wang)供電(dian)(dian)能力也相對(dui)不(bu)足,在一定程(cheng)度上存在"送不(bu)出(chu),落不(bu)下(xia),用不(bu)上"的問題,制約作用明顯,難(nan)以滿(man)足日益增(zeng)長的人民(min)生產生活的實(shi)際需要。以60%IACS耐熱鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)導線(xian)改造(zao)城(cheng)鄉電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang),既節(jie)約又環保(bao)還(huan)能增(zeng)加輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)能力,是一項"綠色制造(zao)"的示范項目,具有重大推廣應用價值。

專家指出,在(zai)我國電(dian)(dian)力線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)建(jian)設中,特(te)別是(shi)在(zai)西部(bu)地(di)區,遇(yu)到越(yue)(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)(yue)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)跨越(yue)(yue)(yue)或者(zhe)大(da)(da)落差(cha)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區域,需(xu)要(yao)使用既(ji)能輸送(song)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流,又能承受大(da)(da)張力的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。使用耐熱鋁合金導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)單價(jia)雖然(ran)是(shi)普通(tong)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.58倍,但它比使用普通(tong)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)綜合造價(jia)要(yao)低許多。因為它可代替普通(tong)架空導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),節約土地(di)資源,而且使線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)結構簡(jian)化(hua),省去許多零部(bu)件,在(zai)相(xiang)同導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)截面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)上不需(xu)要(yao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)投(tou)入,尤其(qi)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)走(zou)廊狹窄地(di)區,只需(xu)要(yao)更換相(xiang)近導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)截面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),基本上不需(xu)要(yao)更換鐵(tie)塔既(ji)能滿足強(qiang)度(du)和導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)對地(di)尺度(du)安全的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),可在(zai)150℃高(gao)溫下正常輸電(dian)(dian)(普通(tong)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)最高(gao)工作溫度(du)只有90℃),同時增加了40%~60%的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量。由于導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao),可使線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)工程節省大(da)(da)量投(tou)資。據測算,導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)率(lv)相(xiang)差(cha)1個百(bai)分點,在(zai)220KV電(dian)(dian)壓條(tiao)件下,經濟(ji)電(dian)(dian)流密度(du)輸送(song),按現行電(dian)(dian)價(jia)計算,每公里減(jian)少電(dian)(dian)力損耗將(jiang)達20萬元左右(you)。
資料顯(xian)(xian)示,日(ri)本已(yi)大(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)使(shi)用(yong)60%導(dao)(dao)電率(lv)耐熱鋁合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)代替(ti)普通鋼(gang)芯鋁絞線(xian),使(shi)用(yong)量(liang)(liang)已(yi)占全國(guo)輸(shu)(shu)電線(xian)路(lu)總(zong)長(chang)的(de)70%。目前日(ri)本的(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度耐熱鋁合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)技術(shu)指標中,其抗拉強(qiang)度為(wei)225Mpa(直徑(jing)4.0mm),比(bi)58%IACS、60%IACS耐熱鋁合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)41.5~46.7%,以(yi)接近(jin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度鋁-鎂(mei)-硅合(he)(he)金(jin)(A2型(xing))線(xian)。可在(zai)150℃下(xia)長(chang)期使(shi)用(yong),載流量(liang)(liang)比(bi)鋼(gang)芯鋁絞線(xian)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)80~100%,顯(xian)(xian)著地(di)增大(da)(da)線(xian)路(lu)容量(liang)(liang),載流量(liang)(liang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)于(yu)鋁-鎂(mei)-硅合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian),達93.2%,在(zai)150℃使(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)度下(xia),高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)達127%,即載流量(liang)(liang)可提高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)1.27倍,是高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)及超高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)大(da)(da)跨越線(xian)路(lu)不可缺少的(de)新線(xian)種。美國(guo)、加拿大(da)(da)、法(fa)國(guo)在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)電線(xian)路(lu)上使(shi)用(yong)耐熱鋁合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)也(ye)有相當數量(liang)(liang),東南亞地(di)區的(de)使(shi)用(yong)量(liang)(liang)也(ye)正以(yi)較(jiao)大(da)(da)幅度上升。
