鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)是以(yi)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)作為(wei)加強線(xian),以(yi)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)(jin)做(zuo)為(wei)載(zai)流體的(de)復合(he)導(dao)(dao)線(xian),是一種新(xin)型(xing)的(de)節能(neng)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)。絞線(xian)包括中(zhong)間(jian)作為(wei)加強芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)高(gao)強度(du)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)組及環繞(rao)包覆于(yu)該高(gao)強度(du)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)組外圍(wei)的(de)高(gao)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁(lv)鋯合(he)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)組。通(tong)過(guo)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁(lv)鋯合(he)金(jin)(jin)線(xian)代(dai)替傳(chuan)統(tong)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)中(zhong)的(de)普通(tong)硬鋁(lv)線(xian),同(tong)時用(yong)(yong)高(gao)強度(du)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)代(dai)替普通(tong)強度(du)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)制成高(gao)強度(du)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)高(gao)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)(jin)絞線(xian),使本實(shi)用(yong)(yong)新(xin)型(xing)產(chan)品的(de)長期運行溫度(du)提高(gao)到150℃,而導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)率達到60%IACS;且正常輸電(dian)(dian)時能(neng)耗和線(xian)損與(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)基本相(xiang)近,提高(gao)了近100%的(de)載(zai)流量(liang),廣泛用(yong)(yong)于(yu)輸電(dian)(dian)線(xian)路的(de)增(擴)容改造工(gong)程,利用(yong)(yong)現(xian)有輸電(dian)(dian)走廓,不需改造桿塔,僅更換導(dao)(dao)線(xian)即可實(shi)現(xian)線(xian)路增容100%以(yi)上,且使用(yong)(yong)壽命長,可節約建設投資和施工(gong)時間(jian),有較好的(de)經濟效(xiao)益和社會(hui)效(xiao)益。
與傳統的(de)鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)相比,鋼芯(xin)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鋁(lv)合金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)具有使用(yong)溫度(du)(du)高、耐(nai)熱(re)(re)性(xing)能好、載流(liu)量(liang)大、耐(nai)腐蝕性(xing)能好、蠕(ru)變性(xing)能好等(deng)等(deng)優點。耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鋁(lv)合金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)最大的(de)特點就(jiu)是允許(xu)工作溫度(du)(du)高,與同截(jie)面的(de)鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)相比,載流(liu)量(liang)能提(ti)高50%以上,在線(xian)路擴容(rong)改造過程(cheng)中,尤其(qi)在線(xian)路走廊(lang)狹窄(zhai)地區,只(zhi)需(xu)要更(geng)換相近截(jie)面規(gui)格(ge)的(de)耐(nai)熱(re)(re)鋁(lv)合金(jin)導(dao)線(xian),不需(xu)要更(geng)換鐵塔就(jiu)能達到增大送(song)電(dian)容(rong)量(liang)的(de)目的(de)。這非常適(shi)用(yong)于受(shou)用(yong)地限制(zhi),或更(geng)新線(xian)路需(xu)要花費更(geng)多的(de)人力(li)、財力(li)的(de)地方。
