750千(qian)(qian)伏以(yi)上輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路運(yun)行容易產生(sheng)電(dian)暈,不但消耗(hao)大量功率,而(er)且其(qi)派生(sheng)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)無線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)干擾和(he)(he)(he)可聽噪音嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響生(sheng)態環境(jing)。國際上一(yi)(yi)般采(cai)用增(zeng)加(jia)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)和(he)(he)(he)光潔(jie)表面來解決(jue)。實際工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路所需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)截(jie)面一(yi)(yi)般達不到限制(zhi)電(dian)暈要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)(jing),只(zhi)能采(cai)用加(jia)大導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規格(ge)和(he)(he)(he)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分裂(lie)根數來解決(jue),這就需(xu)要(yao)消耗(hao)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),不但增(zeng)加(jia)了桿塔的(de)(de)(de)(de)荷載(zai),也增(zeng)加(jia)了工(gong)程造(zao)價。擴(kuo)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采(cai)用就是以(yi)滿(man)足技術(shu)條件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)常規導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)規格(ge)為(wei)(wei)基準,采(cai)取擴(kuo)大導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)技術(shu),在保證電(dian)暈所要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)前提(ti)下,減少導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋁截(jie)面,從而(er)減少導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)總總量,減少鐵塔荷載(zai)和(he)(he)(he)結(jie)構重(zhong)量,從而(er)大大降低線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路造(zao)價。因此,在750千(qian)(qian)伏超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路上應用擴(kuo)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),既可以(yi)節能減排,又能降低輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路對沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)環境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響,擴(kuo)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)在超(chao)(chao)高(gao)壓和(he)(he)(he)特高(gao)壓輸(shu)電(dian)工(gong)程中(zhong)有很大的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用空間,尤(you)其(qi)在高(gao)海拔(ba)地區有著更(geng)為(wei)(wei)廣闊的(de)(de)(de)(de)前景。
為減少工(gong)(gong)程造價,實現工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)節(jie)能減排(pai)目標(biao),大(da)元電(dian)纜(lan)從2004年(nian)我國(guo)一條750千(qian)伏(fu)示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)開(kai)始(shi),就組(zu)織設(she)計院、線(xian)纜(lan)廠、電(dian)纜(lan)研究(jiu)所和施工(gong)(gong)建設(she)單位進行(xing)研發,通(tong)過對導線(xian)選型(xing)、設(she)計、制(zhi)造標(biao)準以及放線(xian)等的科研和總結(jie),24千(qian)米LGJK-300/50型(xing)擴(kuo)徑導線(xian)在示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)程中進行(xing)應用(yong)。在示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)程基礎上(shang),大(da)元電(dian)纜(lan)又結(jie)合(he)工(gong)(gong)程實際,又研制(zhi)出LGJK-310/50、LGJK-340/50型(xing)兩種擴(kuo)徑導線(xian)共177千(qian)米在其他兩條750千(qian)伏(fu)輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路上(shang)推廣應用(yong)。
驗收專家組(zu)通過對三(san)種擴徑導(dao)(dao)線(xian)技術報(bao)告、技術資料及在實(shi)際工程中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)情況的(de)(de)(de)審查認為:該三(san)種擴徑導(dao)(dao)線(xian)不但(dan)滿足目前(qian)投運(yun)工程的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)關要求且研究(jiu)成果(guo)達到國際領先水(shui)平,可進行(xing)推(tui)廣(guang)應(ying)用(yong)(yong),為我國超、特高壓擴徑導(dao)(dao)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)提供了可靠的(de)(de)(de)技術支持。
