上(shang)世紀80年代末,國內電(dian)纜廠(chang)聯合(he)研發了58TACSR,打破了此類產(chan)品依賴進口的局面。用(yong)一(yi)根(gen)該(gai)耐熱導(dao)線(xian)可代替兩根(gen)同截面的鋼芯鋁絞線(xian),不僅安裝、維護方便,而且(qie)運行可靠,經濟效益顯(xian)著。隨著我國城市電(dian)力需(xu)求的急劇(ju)增(zeng)加,迫(po)切需(xu)要對城網老(lao)線(xian)路(lu)進行增(zeng)容改造。
采(cai)(cai)用(yong)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁合(he)(he)金導線(xian)(xian)(xian)可以在不更換(huan)桿塔(ta)或少量(liang)更換(huan)桿塔(ta)的情況下實現(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)增(zeng)(zeng)容50%以上(shang)。國(guo)產(chan)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁合(he)(he)金導線(xian)(xian)(xian)較(jiao)早作為輸電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)增(zeng)(zeng)容使用(yong)是在1995年(nian)(nian)湖北武漢(han)市4km的110kV英棲線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)擴容改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)NRLH58GJ-240/30更換(huan)同(tong)截面的鋼芯(xin)鋁絞線(xian)(xian)(xian),使載流量(liang)從(cong)原來的445A提(ti)高到611A。2001年(nian)(nian)國(guo)內首(shou)條58%電(dian)(dian)導率(lv)(lv)防腐鋼芯(xin)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁合(he)(he)金絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)NRLH58GJF-400/35應用(yong)于線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)總長7.57km的深(shen)圳南山電(dian)(dian)廠110kV送出線(xian)(xian)(xian)增(zeng)(zeng)容改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)上(shang),其代替LGJ400/35ACSR,載流量(liang)由833A提(ti)到1180A。從(cong)1995年(nian)(nian)到2002年(nian)(nian),大(da)約(yue)有2600t國(guo)產(chan)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁合(he)(he)金導線(xian)(xian)(xian)用(yong)在各類線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中,且主要應用(yong)于距(ju)離較(jiao)短的城市輸電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)的增(zeng)(zeng)容改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。58%電(dian)(dian)導率(lv)(lv)鋼芯(xin)耐(nai)熱(re)鋁合(he)(he)金絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)在運行(xing)過程(cheng)中線(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)較(jiao)大(da),以500kV輸電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)為例,設計上(shang)可采(cai)(cai)用(yong)4分(fen)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)NRLH58GJ-630/45(4分(fen)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)TACSR)或6分(fen)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)ACSR-720/50。4分(fen)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)TACSR在通過805A額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流時的交流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)為0.05626Ω/km,其單(dan)位長度電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)損(sun)耗(hao)為873.989kW/km,6分(fen)裂(lie)(lie)(lie)ACSR在通過537A額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流時的交流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)為0.04385Ω/km,其單(dan)位長度電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)損(sun)耗(hao)為455.219kW/km,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)TACSR其線(xian)(xian)(xian)損(sun)較(jiao)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)ACSR增(zeng)(zeng)加419.77kW/km。
計(ji)算表明采(cai)用TACSR節省的投(tou)資,在10年內被其(qi)增加的線損所(suo)耗(hao)完。由于輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路設計(ji)壽命為40年。可見在長(chang)距離(li)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路上采(cai)用58TACSR替(ti)代鋼芯(xin)鋁絞線并不合(he)算[16]。為了降低線損,我國(guo)線纜企(qi)業相(xiang)繼開(kai)發了60%TACSR并形成產品。
目前(qian)我國(guo)已經能夠穩定地生產出所需截面尺寸的(de)(de)耐熱鋁(lv)合金導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian),并已在(zai)國(guo)內的(de)(de)許(xu)多重要線(xian)(xian)路上得到(dao)很好(hao)的(de)(de)應用,其產品(pin)已經能夠與國(guo)外產品(pin)媲美(mei)。從北京市(shi)電(dian)網(wang)在(zai)2005~2006年的(de)(de)消隱工程中采(cai)(cai)用了大(da)(da)元電(dian)纜(lan),大(da)(da)元電(dian)纜(lan)廠家生產的(de)(de)耐熱鋁(lv)合金導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)起,我國(guo)國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)建(jian)設(she)用耐熱鋁(lv)合金導(dao)(dao)(dao)就立足于(yu)國(guo)內采(cai)(cai)購(gou)。然(ran)而盡管2007年頒布的(de)(de)IEC62004標(biao)準中已淘汰了58TACSR,時至今日,我國(guo)電(dian)網(wang)建(jian)設(she)在(zai)架空線(xian)(xian)材招標(biao)中還出現58%IACS電(dian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)率耐熱鋁(lv)合金導(dao)(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian),這與建(jian)設(she)資源節約型國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)宗旨不符(fu)。
遼寧大元(yuan)電纜制造有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)位于(yu)鐵嶺(ling)鐵西(xi)工業園區,成立于(yu)1989年6月(yue)18日(ri),原(yuan)廠名為“鐵嶺(ling)大元(yuan)電纜有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)”。為了(le)適應(ying)市場需求,同時公(gong)(gong)司(si)規(gui)模的不斷擴大和發展,于(yu)2012年6月(yue)更(geng)名為“遼寧大元(yuan)電纜制造有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)”,占地面積18000平方米,是電線(xian)電纜產品的專(zhuan)業生產制造商。
