在(zai)(zai)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)標準(zhun)(zhun)方面,日(ri)本電氣規格(ge)調(diao)查會(hui)于(yu)1976年(nian)(nian)制(zhi)訂(ding)了(le)(le)JEC197標準(zhun)(zhun)規范(fan)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)性(xing)能指標,1995年(nian)(nian)將(jiang)其改(gai)定(ding)為JEC3406標準(zhun)(zhun),。2007年(nian)(nian)日(ri)本電氣規格(ge)調(diao)查會(hui)主持制(zhi)訂(ding)了(le)(le)國際電工委員會(hui)標準(zhun)(zhun)IEC62004-2007標準(zhun)(zhun)。該標準(zhun)(zhun)淘汰(tai)了(le)(le)電導(dao)率為58%IACS的(de)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),該標準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong)關于(yu)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)性(xing)能指標見表(biao)5。2010年(nian)(nian)日(ri)本在(zai)(zai)修(xiu)訂(ding)JEC3406標準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong)也淘汰(tai)了(le)(le)電導(dao)率為58%IACS的(de)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)。英國(歐盟)在(zai)(zai)2009年(nian)(nian)制(zhi)定(ding)的(de)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)標準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong),對IEC62004-2007標準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong)的(de)相關條款進(jin)行了(le)(le)部分修(xiu)訂(ding),放(fang)寬(kuan)了(le)(le)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)方面的(de)限制(zhi)。規定(ding)所有(you)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)230℃保(bao)溫(wen)1h或(huo)180℃保(bao)溫(wen)400h退火處(chu)理后(hou),強度殘存率≥85%,批量平均強度殘存率都必(bi)須≥90%,詳見表(biao)6。美國在(zai)(zai)2010年(nian)(nian)制(zhi)定(ding)的(de)ASTMB941標準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong),提(ti)高了(le)(le)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)耐(nai)(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)要求。
我國(guo)還沒有耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)國(guo)家標(biao)準(zhun)或行業(ye)標(biao)準(zhun),我國(guo)的(de)線(xian)(xian)纜企業(ye)按照相關的(de)企業(ye)標(biao)準(zhun)組織生產(chan)和驗收。目(mu)前還處于(yu)58TAL和60TAL耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)生產(chan)并存階段,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)降(jiang)低(di)線(xian)(xian)路損耗(hao),國(guo)家電(dian)網公(gong)司于(yu)2009年頒(ban)布了(le)耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)企業(ye)標(biao)準(zhun),該標(biao)準(zhun)中規定耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)線(xian)(xian)的(de)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)率(lv)≥60%IACS,20℃時的(de)電(dian)阻溫度(du)(du)系數為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0.0039/℃、抗拉(la)強度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)150~160MPa,導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)長期運行溫度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)150℃。為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)進(jin)一步降(jiang)低(di)線(xian)(xian)路損耗(hao),國(guo)家電(dian)網在(zai)推(tui)廣應(ying)用(yong)鋼(gang)芯63%IACS電(dian)導(dao)(dao)率(lv)硬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)線(xian)(xian),鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)和中強度(du)(du)全鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)等(deng)節能型(xing)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)同(tong)時,投入經費開展61%IACS耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)研制。鑒于(yu)間隙型(xing)耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)低(di)弧垂(chui)特性(xing),間隙型(xing)61%IACS導(dao)(dao)電(dian)率(lv)耐(nai)熱鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)合(he)(he)金(jin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)必將以其低(di)能耗(hao)、低(di)弧垂(chui)的(de)特性(xing)受到使用(yong)者(zhe)的(de)青睞。
