一(yi)種(zhong)小節距鋁絞線的制造方法,有如下步(bu)驟:
(1) 取經熱處理后的(de)鋁(lv)芯線盤(pan)和鋁(lv)單線盤(pan),把鋁(lv)芯線盤(pan)放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)在(zai)叉(cha)(cha)式絞線機(ji)組的(de)放(fang)(fang)線機(ji)上,把鋁(lv)單線盤(pan)放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)在(zai)叉(cha)(cha)式絞線機(ji)組的(de)承(cheng)線架上。
(2) 把(ba)芯線(xian)(xian)(xian)從(cong)(cong)放線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji)上的(de)鋁芯線(xian)(xian)(xian)盤引出,依次經(jing)承線(xian)(xian)(xian)架的(de)軸管、并(bing)(bing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)模、牽引機(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)收(shou)線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji),把(ba)鋁線(xian)(xian)(xian)從(cong)(cong)承線(xian)(xian)(xian)架上的(de)鋁單線(xian)(xian)(xian)盤引出,分別穿(chuan)過分線(xian)(xian)(xian)板外圓周均布的(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)孔,從(cong)(cong)并(bing)(bing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)模的(de)入(ru)口進(jin)入(ru)并(bing)(bing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)模與芯線(xian)(xian)(xian)在并(bing)(bing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)模內合并(bing)(bing),再經(jing)牽引機(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)收(shou)線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji)。
(3) 用電機(ji)帶動(dong)承線(xian)(xian)架(jia)的(de)軸(zhou)管轉動(dong),合并后的(de)鋁線(xian)(xian)在并線(xian)(xian)模內絞(jiao)合包在芯線(xian)(xian)外側,成為單層(ceng)(ceng)鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian),用電機(ji)帶動(dong)牽引機(ji)拉動(dong)單層(ceng)(ceng)鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)進入收線(xian)(xian)機(ji)把單層(ceng)(ceng)鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)纏繞在線(xian)(xian)盤上,得(de)到單層(ceng)(ceng)鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)盤。
(4) 把(ba)上一步(bu)驟得(de)到(dao)的(de)(de)單層(ceng)鋁(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線盤(pan)放置(zhi)在(zai)放線機上,以(yi)上一步(bu)驟得(de)到(dao)的(de)(de)單層(ceng)鋁(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線為芯線重(zhong)復上述單層(ceng)鋁(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線的(de)(de)制造(zao)過程制作出再增加(jia)一層(ceng)的(de)(de)鋁(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線,得(de)到(dao)再增加(jia)一層(ceng)的(de)(de)鋁(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線盤(pan)。
(5) 重復上述(shu)再(zai)增加一層鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線的制造(zao)過程,制造(zao)出(chu)多層鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線。其(qi)特征(zheng)在(zai)(zai)于:在(zai)(zai)上述(shu)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線的制作過程中,在(zai)(zai)絞(jiao)(jiao)合最外層鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線時(shi),從(cong)分線板外圓周的線孔引(yin)出(chu)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)并線模(mo)(mo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的鋁(lv)線與從(cong)軸管引(yin)出(chu)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)并線模(mo)(mo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的芯(xin)線之間(jian)(jian)的角(jiao)度是45°~ 63°,在(zai)(zai)絞(jiao)(jiao)合其(qi)它層鋁(lv)絞(jiao)(jiao)線時(shi),從(cong)分線板外圓周的線孔引(yin)出(chu)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)并線模(mo)(mo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的鋁(lv)線與從(cong)軸管引(yin)出(chu)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)并線模(mo)(mo)入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的芯(xin)線之間(jian)(jian)的角(jiao)度是35°~ 50°。
